Rules and guidelines for using LinkGlow.

By accessing or using LinkGlow (linkglow.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Benri LLC, the company that operates LinkGlow. We recommend reading them carefully before using the service.
You sign in to LinkGlow using your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) for account creation and management.
Each person may maintain only one LinkGlow account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or circumvent restrictions is not permitted and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your Google account credentials secure, as they control access to your LinkGlow account.
LinkGlow operates on a credit system. One credit equals one generated image. Each generation request produces 4 image variants and costs 4 credits.
New accounts receive 12 free credits upon signup. Additional credits can be purchased in packs through the service. Current pricing is displayed on the site and may change with at least 30 days' advance notice.
All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. LinkGlow does not store your payment card information.
You agree not to use LinkGlow to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with LinkGlow without our prior written consent.
You may not resell, redistribute, or offer generated images as part of a competing OG image generation service. You are free to use generated images for your own websites and projects.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use guidelines without prior notice.
You own the images you generate using LinkGlow. Once generated, you may use them freely for your websites, applications, and projects without attribution.
LinkGlow retains all rights to the platform itself, including its brand, design, underlying technology, algorithms, and source code. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to LinkGlow's intellectual property beyond the use of the service as intended.
OG images displayed in the public gallery on LinkGlow are the property of their respective website owners. LinkGlow displays these images for informational and inspirational purposes and does not claim ownership over them.
LinkGlow uses Google's Gemini AI to generate OG images. When you use the generation feature, your text prompts, URLs, and any reference images you provide are sent to Google's AI services for processing.
AI-generated images may vary in quality and may not always match your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using them on your websites or applications.
By using the generation feature, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by third-party AI services and are subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy.
LinkGlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Generated images may not always meet your expectations, and we are not responsible for how generated images are used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkGlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to LinkGlow in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Benri LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your generated content, or your violation of these terms.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to LinkGlow or its users.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@linkglow.dev.
Upon termination, whether by you or by us, any remaining credits in your account are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Your generated images that have already been downloaded remain yours.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or by placing a prominent notice on the site.
Your continued use of LinkGlow after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
